Privacy Policy

Effective: June 11, 2026

Conjure is operated by Lume Grid LLC ("Conjure," "we," "us"), 4821 Lankershim Boulevard, Suite F 303, North Hollywood, CA 91601. This policy covers onconjure.com and app.onconjure.com. Questions: support@onconjure.com.

The short version: we collect what's needed to run a design tool, we don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and your designs are yours.

What we collect

Account information. Name, email address, profile image, and sign-in identifiers (including OAuth account identifiers if you sign in with a connected provider). Authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider.

Content you create and upload. Designs, canvases, snapshots, chat messages with Iris, uploaded images and assets, comments, annotations, and approval actions on shared work.

Operational records. Records of how the service is used under your account: credit grants and usage, per-request AI usage records, rate-limit logs, export jobs, and view activity on shares you send (so you can see whether an invitation was opened). If you submit in-app feedback, we receive what you write and the screenshot if you attach one.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our hosting providers. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email and any notes you submit.

Payments. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you purchase a subscription or credits, your payment details go directly to Stripe — we never receive or store your card number. We receive transaction records (what was purchased, amounts, billing status) and the billing information needed to provide service: name, email, billing address, and a tax ID if you provide one. Checkout and billing-management pages are hosted by Stripe and governed by Stripe's own privacy practices.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service — including processing your chat messages, canvas screenshots, and design source with our AI provider to power Iris; to deliver sharing features and send transactional email (invitations, notifications); to enforce usage limits and protect the service from abuse; to handle billing; and to respond when you contact us.

About AI processing: content you send to Iris (messages, canvas screenshots, design source) is processed by Anthropic as a service provider to generate responses. Anthropic does not use this API data to train its models by default.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no ads in Conjure.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of service providers, each for one job: Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI processing for Iris), Cloudflare (asset storage), Render (application hosting and database), Vercel (marketing site hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (business email), Unsplash (image search, when you use it), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what its job requires.

Sharing features

When you create a share, the included content becomes visible to the people you invite — or to anyone with the link, depending on how you configure it. You control a share's lifecycle and can revoke it. When recipients view a share you sent, that view activity is recorded and visible to you.

Cookies

We set only functional cookies: the authentication and session cookies required to keep you signed in (set by Clerk). The marketing site reads one of these cookies to show signed-in visitors an "Open app" link instead of "Log in" — a display choice, nothing more. We set no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this policy will change first and consent tooling will arrive with it.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it. Some content is pruned automatically as part of normal operation (for example, older chat history and unstarred snapshots beyond per-canvas limits). When you delete your account, your designs, assets, and personal content are deleted. Operational and billing records — usage records, credit ledger entries, and audit data — are retained after account deletion for operational, security, and legal purposes; they are not used for anything else.

Your rights and choices

You can view and update account information in your account settings and delete your account from the same place. For access, correction, or deletion requests, or anything this policy doesn't answer, email support@onconjure.com.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used (this policy), to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is no opt-out to exercise.

EEA/UK visitors: we process personal data to perform our contract with you and for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. The rights above apply; contact us at the address above.

Security

Access to your data is scoped to your account, sensitive account operations require re-verification, and we work with established infrastructure providers. No internet service can promise perfect security, and we don't.

Age

Conjure is a professional tool. It is not directed at children, and you must be at least 16 to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you through the service or by email.
